Louisa has 22 years’ experience supporting leaders. She advises and coaches individuals and teams, helping them identify the drivers of successful leadership and how to incorporate and embed them into their modus operandi – individually and collectively. This often includes supporting them in defining their leadership vision, understanding how to maximise high performance, managing their leadership brand and building engagement around their vision and strategy with all stakeholders.
Her clients include business leaders and Board level executives of large multi-national public and private organisations across sectors including investment banking, fund managers, lawyers, analysts, entrepreneurs, business founders, private equity and private individuals. Her work is often focused on supporting individuals and teams at moments of personal transition or organisational change, helping them navigate complex agendas and retain clarity of how to lead with conviction and confidence.
Informed by her experience of working in Westminster initially for the Conservative Party and then as a BBC News Producer, she brings an understanding of the challenges of leadership, the drivers of success and the need for visible and engaging leadership. She often supports leaders in formulating their compelling leadership narrative and working with them to ensure they are always communicating with impact, gravitas and presence.
