Elizabeth Galton is a dual-accredited Executive Coach, Brand Strategist, and former board-level Marketing Director and C-suite leader with over 15 years’ experience leading internationally recognized luxury and consumer brands. Today, Elizabeth combines extensive commercial leadership experience with executive and personal development coaching, supporting leaders, founders and professionals navigating transition, complexity, confidence challenges, communication, and sustainable performance.
Her clients often come to coaching at moments of growth or change, whether stepping into more senior leadership, navigating career transition, managing pressure or overwhelm, redefining identity and purpose, or seeking to lead and communicate with greater confidence, clarity, and authenticity. She works particularly well with thoughtful, relational, high-achieving individuals who may at times struggle with visibility, assertiveness, self-doubt, or balancing performance with resilience and wellbeing. Her coaching helps clients strengthen self-awareness, emotional resilience, leadership presence, communication, and decision-making, while remaining aligned with their values.
Her approach is integrative and psychologically informed, drawing on behavioural change, cognitive, psychodynamic, motivational, and neuro-inclusive coaching frameworks. Elizabeth holds a postgraduate certificate in Behavioural Change Coaching and is ADHD-trained through the ADDCA Coach Academy, supporting neurodivergent clients to better understand their strengths and develop practical strategies for focus, prioritisation, emotional regulation, and sustainable success.
Elizabeth brings warmth, emotional insight, and constructive challenge to her coaching. She coaches the whole person, recognising the close connection between wellbeing, confidence, relationships, and performance. Alongside her coaching practice, Elizabeth is a Visiting Business Coach across leading universities and enterprise programmes.
